Hello friends! Thank you for checking out this site. I started it because I’ve somewhat recently been bitten by the travel bug and this seems like a fun way to document and memorialize my travels. I hope some of my fellow travelers find it interesting or perhaps even a little helpful!
Just for fun, here are ten random facts about me:
- I left the United States for the first time when I was 13, on a school field trip to Quebec city.
- I’ve seen Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Kesha, Phoebe Bridgers, Olivia Dean, Melanie Martinez, Owl City, and a handful of K-pop groups in concert.
- I’ve lived in five Maine cities: Waterville, Winslow, Augusta, Skowhegan, and Farmington. I’ve also lived in Orlando, and I currently live in Pittsburgh.
- I’m a lifelong cat lover. I have three cats right now, but I’ve always had cats. In fact, there has never been a time in my life where I didn’t have cats.
- I studied political science, anthropology, and women’s studies in college.
- I love roller coasters and I keep a list of the ones I’ve ridden. I’ve ridden on over 30 unique coasters.
- I am a Starbucks gold member. I think I have a problem. That salted caramel cold foam is hard to resist!
- I love all things cute and kawaii, including Rilakkuma, Care Bears, Sanrio (especially Badtz-Maru!), and Asian blind boxes.
- I am a huge Swiftie, and my favorite Taylor Swift album is folklore.
- I didn’t get my driver’s license until I was 27!
